Fitness expert Shawn Finnegan designed the Core Wellness Program to provide an effective, science-based plan for optimizing health and battling obesity. Core Energy's mission is to provide everyone with affordable fitness equipment and the necessary education to stay in great shape. This program is a crucial part of making that happen.

NUTRITION EDUCATION

We all know that eating right is a cornerstone of good health and maintaining your ideal weight. Unfortunately, what “eating right” means is one of the most complicated topics in the health world.

Luckily, after 20 years of studying nutrition, trial & error on myself, and designing countless meal plans for folks trying to lose weight, I have developed a failproof nutrition solution.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Adding muscle to your body composition is critical for increasing metabolism and turning your body into a fat-burning machine. Muscle is metabolically active 24/7 and requires a continuous supply of calories even while at rest. The bottom line is that the more lean muscle you have on your body, the healthier you become.

CARDIO TRAINING
